Service Center Scratches Paint
Many reports have come up that Tesla service center scratched the car’s paint that many people are specifically asking Tesla service center to not wash their car.
Here is a case from a Tesla Model 3 owner in New York.
Took my car to the service center to get something fixed. They washed it while it was there. Took it home and saw the paint under some light and they scratched the trunk so badly. It’s as if they used sandpaper to dry my car. The clear coat is so scratched up. I’m super annoyed since I already had the car paint corrected and ceramic coated.
