Tesla Model 3 Tire Punctured
Punctured tires definitely happens on every car, but let’s keep an eye on this to see if Tesla skimmed out on decent tires.
Less than a month old and this happened on the interstate… no clue what I hit, but it wasn’t that big. Good news is I was only about eight miles from a service center. Tesla road side assistance picked up right away when I called, and a very professional tow guy took me to Tesla. In 2.5 hours I had a new tire installed and was on my way. Replacement tire was $280, $350 out the door with installation and taxes. Tesla covered the tow. Very happy with Tesla getting the situation resolved, although I may opt for run flats on the future.
